Antonio Stevenson was one of the top players in school history. He was a four-year letterwinner with the Rams. He earned a number of conference and national honors as a defensive lineman at Winston-Salem State. He was named to the Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) All-Rookie Team in 1990 and earned 1992 All-CIAA Second Team honors. During his career, he was name the CIAA Defensive Lineman of the Week three times. In 1992, he was named a Black College Sports All-American. He continued his efforts in 1993 when he earned third team All-America honors. He also earned NCAA Division II All-South Region second team honors. In 1993 and 1994, he earned a number of team honors, including the Coca-Cola Gold Helmet WSSU Outstanding Player Award.
