Leonardo "Da Vinci" Horne was enshrined into the WSSU C.E. "Big House" Gaines Athletic Hall of Fame for football in 2008.  He has devoted over 20 years as a UPS Feeder Driver with 20 years of service and a YMCA Auxiliary Coordinator with 11 years experience. Horn’s major was Sports Management and Physical Education and he graduated in 1987. He is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi Alumni Chapter. Horn’s undergraduate achievements include:

Four Year Letterman; Football Team Captain (1984-1986); Team Leading Rusher (1983-1986); Team Leading Scorer (1983-1986); Leading Scorer in CIAA (29 Touchdowns).

His honors include the UPS Safe Driving Award (received seven years in a row), the YMCA Outstanding Service Award and the YMCA Volunteer Service Award. Horn is a member of the United Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church, the Boy Scouts of America (Troop 1412), a parent volunteer with the Winston Lake Trackers and a parent volunteer with the Winston Lake Jazzy Jumpers. He also has been a coordinator for the Annual Kappa Alpha Psi Health Fair.
