The Rams took the win behind a great defensive performance, including a tremendous pitching effort from redshirt-freshman pitcher Jalen Scott.

The Rams took the loss behind an overall great game, but the team fell into some struggles in the seventh and ninth innings that cost the team the hard-fought loss.

After falling behind early, the Rams rallied to take the seven-inning game into the eighth inning, but the team could not pull out the win.

After taking a 2-1 deficit into the seventh inning, the Rams scored four runs in the final inning and turned on their defense to claim the 5-3 road win.
