Delores “Dee” Todd is inducted into the WSSU C.E. “Big House” Gaines Athletic Hall of Fame for her meritorious service to WSSU.  Todd is the first female to serve as an assistant commissioner in the history of the Atlantic Coast Conference. She was named ACC coach of the Year in 1997 for women’s outdoor track and field. She earned Coach of the Year honors in Big Ten in 1983 for Cross Country. She was a three-time Georgia State Coach of the Year while winning the Georgia State Intercollegiate Championship in 1985, 1986 and 1987. She was also inducted into the CIAA Hall of Fame March 2001.
